Developing a family-first platform for legacy planning with support from AI-powered virtual board members.

Anteambulos is a modern SaaS platform designed to help families manage, preserve, and pass on their legacy. It provides a single, secure environment for storing important documents, conducting family meetings, and enabling collaborative decision-making. The platform stands out by offering AI-powered virtual board members who support families through structured processes and ensure that every voice is heard, especially across generations.
THE CHALLENGE
Many families struggle to keep vital information and decisions organised, particularly as generations grow and disperse. Sensitive documents and important conversations are often lost in emails, group chats, or outdated filing systems. The founding team approached Converge Labs to create a solution that would unify communication, protect privacy, and give every family member a say while adding the extra benefit of intelligent guidance through virtual board members. Their vision was clear but the path to a secure, user-friendly platform required expert technical partnership.
THE PARTNERSHIP
Our work began with collaborative workshops to deeply understand family governance pain points. Together we mapped user journeys for parents, heirs, and legacy advisors, using these insights to shape the platform’s feature set and ensure accessibility for all ages. We scoped the solution to balance privacy, usability, and the seamless integration of AI-driven advice, delivering a roadmap that would allow families to adopt the system with confidence and ease.
THE BUILD
The team set out to build robust modules for secure document storage, meeting scheduling, shared agendas, and digital voting. Central to the build is the development of AI-powered virtual board members who can guide conversations, surface risks, and help generate actionable family reports. User feedback and iterative prototyping remain core to our process. Along the way we tackled challenges around authentication, role-based access, and balancing simplicity with powerful collaboration tools. Custom integrations were developed to further support families such as video conferencing and post-meeting transcriptions.
Anteambulos is currently transitioning from a no-code platform to a fully custom-coded solution. This strategic move positions the platform for greater scalability, advanced feature development, and the highest standards of security. The team remains committed to setting a new benchmark in the digital legacy and family governance space.
