TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION
We designed and built a custom platform for Konstructo, combining AI-driven document control, live site data integration, and workflow automation. At the core sits a local language model to handle sensitive project files without ever sending information to the cloud. We used advanced OCR to digitise site reports and forms, making every note, permit, and compliance checklist instantly searchable and actionable. For real-time operations, we set up multi-agent orchestration: different agents manage tasks like safety audits, delivery tracking, and incident escalation—each triggering follow-ups without manual oversight. Vector-based search lets site managers instantly recall past issues, compare progress across projects, and spot compliance trends before they turn into costly problems.
